module and holding a certificate is a formality and not a suitable
training alternative.Safety of women cannot be compromised and
behaviour change does not happen through a monologue online
module, especially when we handle such sensitive topic dealing
with persons emotional response to surroundings and a technical
Legal subject ie POSH ACT 2013 and other relevant Laws which are
difficult to interpret.
