We strongly feel POSH Training as a cause for safety of Women and with due respect to other modes of Training, running a POSH online module and holding a certificate is a formality and not a suitable training alternative.Safety of women cannot be compromised and behaviour change does not happen through a monologue online module, especially when we handle such sensitive topic dealing with persons emotional response to surroundings and a technical Legal subject ie POSH ACT 2013 and other relevant Laws which are difficult to interpret.

The operational success of a POSH program defines how secure and comfortable a workplace is. Progressive organisations and inclusive work cultures tend to build employee sensitisation around prevention of sexual harassment, a cornerstone of their inclusivity strategy. A WBT may help if you feel POSH Training is just a tick in the box ,hence we offer interactive workshops,strong and visual communication on Zero tolerance through a subject matter expert to achieve the implementation of the act in letter and spirit.
